In 2010, Irina Dzhus founded her eponymous label in Ukraine. Since then, the designer and stylist has caused a stir internationally with her avant-garde and innovative looks. Their idea: to minimize physical purchases through transformable fashion in order to create a sustainable wardrobe. In this way, all of her impressively handcrafted designs can be transformed: for example, a pleated, long-sleeved dress becomes an evening gown or the pockets of a coat can be removed and converted into a tote bag. All designs are also made from animal-free materials.
Since the beginning of the war, DZHUS has moved to the EU. The label now donates 30 percent of the profits to charity.
