In 2004, Esther Perbandt founded her fashion and jewelery label of the same name in Berlin. The designer herself describes her looks as a post-feminism action that is not gender specific. Personality, autonomy and individuality are at the heart of her avant-garde style. Just like the color black: “Black is colorful” is not just a slogan for Esther Perbandt, but a central design element. She has been designing exclusively black collections for over ten years. With the multi-layered meanings, the hue represents infinity for her.
After coming second in Heidi Klum's US casting show for fashion designers, "Making The Cut" in 2020, she now supplies customers all over the world from her studio. As a self-confessed opponent of fast fashion, all her collections are created here, responsibly and from sustainable materials. Produced in small series, these are only available through the brand's own online shop and store in Berlin Mitte.
