Berlin Contemporary

LML Studio

While still a fashion design student at London's Central Saint-Martins College, Lucas Meyer-Leclère was hired by Karl Lagerfeld to design fabrics for Chanel. As Head of Textile Accessories for Jimmy Choo, the native Frenchman commuted back and forth between London and Milan before founding his own label in Berlin in 2018.

LML Studio was born out of a desire to reveal the beauty of craftsmanship hidden in every look. So the LML Studio looks are more like wearable works of art than “just” fashion. Each look is gender and size free and made entirely by hand. Couture know-how meets sustainability, because in addition to the use of recycled or upcycled materials, Lucas Meyer-Leclère's collections are only available to order or in strictly limited editions.
