Richert Beil

ABOUT THE COLLECTION
With their Spring/Summer 2026 collection “Milieuschutz” Richert Beil presents a reflection on beginnings and endings, on transformation, and on the responsibility of creating something with meaning. The collection emerged as the label left behind old structures and began working in a new studio space: a 135-year-old pharmacy in the heart of Kreuzberg, within a protected neighborhood zone. This act of preservation and renewal forms the central idea of the presentation. Tailoring returns as a central element, reinterpreted with precision and clarity. The collection is unified by floral motifs, both literal and symbolic, exploring the cycle of growth and decay, reflecting on how something is born and how it ends. Oversized blazers featuring rose tapestry and intarsia knits offer a nod to romantic and historical influences. Silk trousers and shirts, overlaid with handmade lace, merge intimacy with elegance. Lingerie-inspired techniques and hand-finished details underscore a commitment to craftsmanship and time. Traditional “Tracht” elements are reinterpreted through modern designs, such as latex lederhosen with suspender-like details. Structured shirts draw on classic uniforms and traditional cuts, grounding the collection in cultural memory.
