Thank you for your interest in registering your event for the official Berlin Fashion Week side event schedule SS27! The side event schedule will be displayed at the Berlin Fashion Week website. But it can be filtered between shows and side events.
What is a SIDE EVENT?
A side event can be a party, dinner, conference, exhibition, pop up, showroom, networking event, etc. - to be included in the Berlin Fashion Week Schedule it needs to have a certain level of quality and provide value for a B2B audience of fashion professionals and for Berlin Fashion Week as an international fashion showcase format.
Before filling out the registration form, please note:
- All information must be truthful and valid. Any incomplete submissions will be disregarded.
- The side event must take place in Berlin between 02.07.2026 and 05.07.2026.
- Your entry will be reviewed and checked for the criteria mentioned above. Please wait until our final confirmation to communicate the time slot. After confirmation, please make sure to communicate your event as part of Berlin Fashion Week.
- After the initial (first) deadline, availability will be limited to the remaining time slots.
- A preliminary version of the schedule will be published towards mid of May. The final version will be published mid of June.
The submission deadlines are as follows:
- First deadline: 20.04.2026
- Second deadline: 31.05.2026
Once the second registration deadline has passed, securing a time slot cannot be guaranteed. However, you are still welcome to register your event, and we will contact you individually regarding scheduling.
