"Jewellery & Garment" is an exhibition project that combines contemporary author jewelery with avant-garde fashion. In the 1960s, a small, international scene of jewelery makers emerged. Its members placed artistic concepts at the center of their work and thus broke away from traditional jewelery ideas "Author's jewelry" has established itself internationally as an artistic medium in recent decades and has found its way into the collections of numerous art and design museums. Shaped by the zeitgeist of the time they were created, but independent of seasonal trends, the works are both experimental and innovative Individual pieces and small series from the field of jewelry are shown, which were mostly made by the artists in their own studios. Contemporary positions in jewelry are combined with "iconic pieces" from the world of fashion - fashion, which meanwhile new generations of designers en has significantly shaped and still influences.

The exhibition runs until January 15, 2023. Curatorial tour possible.
