Fashion Council Germany presents education program
The Fashion Council Germany together with the Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Businesses / Project Future and Sqetch has launched the Education Program for Digitization and Sustainability. The initiative aims to support fashion designers in the use of digitization applications.
Established companies from Berlin are invited to apply for participation in the #DigitalFashionFutureReadiness program. The call is aimed at brands that are striving for a digital transformation – and want to re-equip themselves for the future in order to survive in international competition – from marketing to design and supply chain. Brands will receive personal and free coaching and webinars for various tools and programs to realize a digital transformation.
A jury consisting of Mandie Bienek (Chairman of the Fashion Council Germany), Scott Lipinski (CEO of Fashion Council Germany), Marte Hentschel (Managing Director of Sqetch), Sevil Uguz (Founder of LNFA Shop and ModCast), Holger Max-Lang (President NorNorthern & Eastern Europe, Middle East of Lectra), Tanja Mühlhans (Head of the Creative and Media Industry / Project Future of the Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Businesses), selects a total of ten brands for the program.
To be eligible, the designers must be based in Berlin and have been on the market with their label for at least two years and no longer than ten years.

After the application deadline, the Fashion Council Germany and the Senate Department for Economy, Energy and Companies / Project Future will advise and support the brands in their digitalization until the end of this year.
