Berlin designer successful at Paris Fashion Week

Berlin Fashion Design meets Paris Fashion Week: 900 international buyers and press representatives met on fashion design "Made in Berlin".

Initiated by Projekt Zukunft/Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises, the Berlin Showroom showed for the 9th time a professional presentation platform in Paris.

For the first time the presentation in Paris took place as a "Show in Show" concept within the framework of the WOMAN trade fair. The representatives from the innovative Womenswear collections of the Berlin-based fashion brands showed their collection more than 900 international buyers and press representives.

This season's portfolio consisted of established as well as young fashion brands. Amongst others, Hermione Flynn, finalist of this year's fashion festival in Hyères. The jury also decided to make the collections of Agnes Nordenholz, Case Studies, Esther Perbandt, Hänska, Hie Le, Penelope`s Sphere, Pugnat, Richert Beil, Schmidttakahashi and Tata Christiane a wide audience. Both prestigious stores such as Colette (Paris), Galeries Lafayette (Paris), Isetan (Tokyo), Voo (Berlin) and WUT Berlin (Tokyo), as well as press representatives such as L 'Officiel France, Vogue Germany and Women`s WearDaily Place of the quality of the Berlin collections.

The next Berlin showroom will take place in autumn 2017 at the Paris Fashion Week.
