No fashion is not an option!
Corona has made a dash through the calcuation of many people. The planning uncertainty and the new circumstances have also led to delays or even cancellations of entire collections in the fashion world. In this article, we have summarized which designers have nevertheless pulled something together for the original summer date of Berlin Fashion Week (28 June - 05 July 2020) to present their new design collections:
Anna Franziska Michel, Yoona Digital Design Show on June 29 (postponed to July 1)
The digital fashion show by Yoona-Tech will be on Monday, June 29, 2020. At the launch of their latest software-tool, which provides an AI for fashion design, the current collection of the designer Anna-Franziska Michel will be presented in a digital show – a good example to prove fashion can also be digitized.

Anja Gockel Fashion Show with guest designer Lana Mueller on June 30
At the Hotel Adlon Kempinski, the invited B2B audience can enjoy the fashion show by Anja Gockel on 30 June. Under the title "Asuka - The Scent of Tomorrow", the Berlin-based designer will present her Spring/Summer 2021 collection.
Guest designer Lana Mueller will take this opportunity as well to show selected couture pieces.
In order to keep the number of show-goers as small as possible and thus to be able to comply with the required distance regulations, the designers decided to let the show take place twice, at 3 p.m. and at 7 p.m.

The runway show is framed by the associated pop-up store, which takes place from 29 June to 2 July in the conservatory.

Esther Perbandt - Individual guided tours of the showroom, July 1 - 5
Esther Perbandt, who recently hit the headlines with her participation in the designer casting show "Making the Cut", has not let the pandemic slow down her either. In a magical summer location – at the Studio C, she will present her latest collection which is called "Hungry For Life" in the showroom to the fashion-interested trade audience from 1 to 5 July, every day between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. thus creating an exclusive shopping experience for invited guests. In order to minimise the risk of aspreading corona, Esther Perbandt takes two hours of her time for each of the invited guests. During this timeslots she will guide them through the showroom and answers questions.
The new collection is available for pre-order, T-shirts, bags, jewellery and shoes are available on site (depending on stock).
In addition, international customers get the chance to make digital appointments via zoom or Skype with the sought-after designer.
