LUISAVIAROMA x Der Berliner Mode Salon
Since 2015 the Fashion Council Germany, headed by Vogue Chief Editor Christiane Arp, has been trying to support the German fashion designers on the commercial and selling side. At the same time der Berliner Mode Salon was launched in 2015, which twice a year shows a curated group exhibition of German fashion design at the Berlin Fashion Week. In July 2016 they announced that der Berliner Mode Slon will cooperate with the world-famous concept and online store LUISAVIAROMA. Even a separate landing page was even built for this special cooperation.
Andrea Panconesi, CEO of LUISAVIAROMA, personally selected four of the German brands, which are now available at the online store. Antonia Goy, Odeeh, René Storck and Tim Labenda, which he discovered during his visit of the group exhibition in the summer 2016. From each of the selected designers, there are three to five looks from the Spring / Summer 2017 collection to buy online. Gabriele Frantzen, the German jewelery designer, has also been a part of the range for a long time.
Since LUISAVIAROMA is not only a luxury online store, but also a concept store in Florence, the selected Designers will also exhibit at the shop while "Pitti Immagine Uomo" from 10-13. January 2017.
According to the online store, the cooperation is planed to be extended for another season in autumn / winter 2017/18. . Which designers will be next is not confirmed yet.
