For Berlin Fashion Week from January 30 to February 2 2026, Fashion Council Germany and the Berlin Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises/Project Future will once again award funding for particularly innovative, creative and sustainable concepts in two categories.

For Berlin Contemporary, 19 brands will each receive €25,000 in support — including up to five international labels, with at least one from an African country. As part of STUDIO2RETAIL, the six best event concepts — also open to end consumers — will each be awarded a prize of €5,000. Once again, the Berliner Sparkasse will provide the sixth prize.

Two international jurys, made up of renowned industry experts, will select the most compelling show and event concepts and also form the official schedule of Berlin Fashion Week.
